Warwick Mining Projects
Warrick Gold Fields – Queensland Australia
Maverkade Mining Corporation Pty Ltd has successfully secured a 3,200-hectare exploration permit in the renowned Warwick Gold Fields of Queensland, Australia.
Gold from the Warwick Goldfields in Queensland, Australia, has historically been noted for its high purity. Reports from the early 1900s describe the alluvial gold from areas such as Canal Creek as being “fairly rich,” with the metal “noted for its purity, about equal to fine gold.
In the context of precious metals, “fine gold” typically refers to gold with a purity of 99.9% (24 karats). While specific modern assays of gold from the Warwick region are limited, historical accounts suggest that the gold extracted during that era was of exceptional quality, approaching this level of purity.

Exploration Permit for Minerals (EPM) – Central Queensland, Australia.
The Mount Britton Gold Project is our latest acquisition in Queensland’s legendary gold-producing region, located near the historic township of Mount Britton. Located about 35 minutes north-east of Nebo, this Exploration Permit for Minerals (EPM) covers a highly prospective area with a long-standing reputation for rich alluvial gold and high-grade quartz reef systems.
Strategic Location with Proven Gold Potential
Mount Britton was a major gold field during the 1880s and remains one of Queensland’s most historically productive regions. Our tenement spans [N/A] hectares, encompassing both historic workings and underexplored terrain. Situated within the Connors Arc geological corridor, the region hosts favourable structures for both epithermal and orogenic gold systems.
Project Highlights
Tenement ID: N/A
Location: Mount Britton, Central Queensland
Primary Commodity: Gold (Au)
Status: Active EPM – Early Stage Exploration
Geology & Mineralisation
The EPM includes sequences of volcaniclastics, granites, and sedimentary units known to host gold-bearing quartz veins and alteration zones. Historic records suggest the presence of free-milling gold from east-west trending quartz reefs, complemented by widespread alluvial activity in adjacent drainage systems.
Exploration Program
Our immediate exploration focus includes:
- Historical data compilation and reinterpretation
- Geological mapping and soil sampling
- Targeted geophysical surveys
- Alluvial testing and trenching
- Shallow drilling across identified anomalies and historic mine zones
Our team is leveraging both modern technology and local geological knowledge to unlock the untapped potential this lease offers.
Access & Infrastructure
The project is easily accessed via well-formed dirt roads from nearby towns including [N/A]. The site benefits from proximity to services, power, and seasonal watercourses – ideal conditions for early-stage fieldwork and future development.
Looking Ahead
We plan to advance exploration quickly, with a view to defining a JORC-compliant resource and transitioning to a Mining Lease (ML). We’re currently seeking expressions of interest from strategic partners, investors, and joint venture collaborators as we scale operations.
